Description
Apollo Visual Beacon Enclosure – 29600-318
This weatherproof enclosure is designed for use with Apollo’s loop-powered beacon. Please note that the enclosure is not supplied with a beacon. Loop-powered beacons, part no 55000-877, are ordered separately. The enclosure allows the beacon to be used in high-moisture environments such as swimming pools and food processing areas where wash down occurs. The enclosure can also be used outside. However, care should be taken to ensure that the beacon and its enclosure are not placed where there are high ambient light levels as this could mean that the beacon cannot be seen when it is operated. The enclosure is supplied with a mounting bracket to accept an XP95 or Discovery base. For more information on the Apollo Loop-powered Beacon, please refer to Apollo publication PP2156.
