Key Features: Detects wiring short-circuits Minimises disruption from short-circuits Automatic de-isolation on the short-circuit removal Up to 20 detectors or their equivalent load, may be installed between isolators -
The device also has the functionality to test the diagnostics and integrity of the loop to find earth faults etc. The device offers fault-finding capabilities that allow for time spent on-site to be cut down during the commissioning stage of the system installation. The result of this is time reduced on-site for the end-user which reduces the overall costs of installing Apollo systems. -

Operation: The Marine DIN Rail switch monitor provides four input states to the control equipment: normal, fault, pre-alarm and alarm. The unit has a red LED to indicate an alarm and a yellow LED to indicate a fault condition. The Marine DIN Rail switch monitor is loop-powered and operates at 17-28V DC with protocol voltage pulses of 5-9V. The unit is designed to accept a maximum line resistance of 50ohm. The end-of-line resistor required is 20k ohm. -
