  • The Cen-Paq is ideal for situations where speed of response is required or it can be worn for a shift with the facemask stowed in its pouch to be used when necessary. Suitable for snatch rescue, intervention and rescue applications where a full sized SCBA may be too bulky. CE marked in accordance with EN137 and also EN139 when fitted with an airline attachment. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION The Cen-Paq is a waistcoat mounted short duration self contained breathing apparatus. It comprises of a waistcoat, a high pressure air cylinder and a two stage pneumatic system with pressure reducer and demand valve. The full face mask (Promask PP or Vision 3) and cylinder are purchased separately. The full face mask (Promask PP or Vision 3) used with the Cen-Paq in conjunction with the high performance demand valve ensures that positive pressure is maintained within the facepiece, thus providing the highest level of respiratory protection. The cylinder is mounted in a pouch on the back of the jacket. The two versions of cylinder allow a total duration of 15, 20 or 30 minutes when used at an average wearer consumption rate of 40L/min. The Cen-Paq utilises a waistcoat fabricated from high visibility PVC and features a double breasted velcro fastening system. The waistcoat is designed to fit a wide range of body sizes with minimal adjustment required. Anti-static jacket options are also available.
